To prevent, microorganism breed O2 penetration needs to be blocked, to keep powder against damp vapour or humudity penetration need to be blocked and fressh fruits needs CO2 and humiddity so the film should provide that.

To fullfill all these requriments the polymer structure should be well known and tested with hi-tech laboratory.

The selection of laminated multiple films are basically done up to consideration of packaging machine style, packaged goods shape and expectation about lookigns of the product as follow ;

OPP-OPP materials are selected for weight of goods up to 500gr, over that weight OPP-CPP prefered. Over 1000 gr OPP-PE prefered, if handling will be rather than apppearance such as Detergant packages PE-PE much more prefered.

For liquid and alcohol packaging PE-PET combination prefered, PE for iner layer and PET for outher layer as a barrier and high sealing strength.
